Project Name: Consultancy services to conduct a Country Situation Analysis (CSA) and Strategic Plan Development (SPD)

The team was contracted to conduct a Country situational analysis and develop CBM Uganda Strategic Plan for the period of 2021 to 2025. The scope and focus of the assignment are to provide technical, strategic and facilitation support to enable the development of CBM Uganda strategic plan.
